Unfortunately i have to move out of the area which opens a great opportunity for someone to take my room. I have lived here a few years now and have been very happy.

The apartment is located right opposite Tescos and very close to the national rail and underground stations so the convenience is superb. You have the shops, cafes right on your door step.

It is located on the top floor, (5th) so if you can take on the stairs (there is no lift) then you will be rewarded with a really spacious apartment throughout with stunning views to the east and west. The room is significantly large (once the living room) and feels more like a studio. You also have a large kitchen and spacious bathroom which would be shared with the 3 lovely housemates.

The housemates are all aged around 30 yrs, 1 irish girl, 1 norweigan girl and 1 south african guy. Between them they are into cooking, music, fitness and generally having a quiet peaceful place to call home.

The room is £680 per month plus £125 bills. you will need to run references through the agent at a cost of £150 plus vat.

The room will be availabel from the 2nd November.
