Large double bedroom in a social flatshare

The room/flat:

We are looking for a professional female preferably (25-35) to fill the available room in a three double bedroom, third floor flat in a lovely complex just off West End Lane in West Hampstead.

The room is the largest in the flat and comes with a king-size bed and double wardrobe, and plenty of space to bring other furniture if you wish. It has a large window that overlooks onto the street and a double radiator underneath, which provides lots of warmth in the winter.

There is a shared bathroom and kitchen and also a large spacious living room where we all regularly meet for a chat whilst catching up on the latest soaps. The flat also comes with Virgin Media TV, broadband and Netflix, which we take advantage of regularly.

We are in a great spot, in-between both the supermarkets of Kilburn high road (Sainsbury’s, M&S and Aldi) and the local amenities of West Hampstead, all of which is within a ten minute walk.

The transport links are fantastic and we are lucky to have the overground and underground (Jubilee line) within a seven minute walk to the flat. There is also the West Hampstead Thameslink just past those, which offers regular trains in and out of London.

Street parking is also available just outside the flat, if you want to purchase a car parking permit from the council.

A little bit about the housemates:

You will be living with two Northern girls in their late twenties who have been in London for a couple of years. They both work in fashion and in their own words like to socialise, travel and keep fit. Ideally they would like someone who wants to get involved and be social but also happy to do their own thing too.

Having lived with them for the last couple of years I am sad to be leaving but can absolutely recommend them to anyone who is perhaps new to London or just enjoys a bit of company in the evenings.

They like to keep the flat pretty clean and tidy so the room would suit someone who is happy to pitch it when needed but is not anal enough to need a rota. They are pretty relaxed about most things and want someone like-minded to join them.

The rent is £875 a month (bills included) and the deposit is £1050. You will also need to pay £100 for a reference check from our estate agent.

The room is available from the 25th October but we can be flexible on that if needs be.
