Amazing double bedroom in West Hampstead

I am a 27 y/o American consultant who has a free room in a gorgeous two-bedroom flat with a luxurious sitting room in West Hampstead. It's a great deal for a two-bedroom flat in one of London's most desirable neighbourhoods -- 895 pcm not including bills/council tax. I would estimate bills and council tax together at about 150 pounds per month per person -- less in summer!

The house has double-glazed windows, a stunning living room and a separate kitchen. It has been freshly painted and refurbished. The bedroom itself is fully fitted with a close, dresser, nightstand, plush carpeting and a new double bed.

We will be sharing one bathroom. The flat is the first floor of a late 19th century brick house on West End Lane. Although the street is never empty, it never gets too busy and the bedrooms are both rear facing onto a quiet garden.

The flat is incredibly well connected-- located just minutes from the jubilee line, thameslink and overground stations in West Hampstead.

Ideal flatmate would be:
- Relaxed professional between 25-35 years old
- Clean and responsible
- Sees house as sanctuary, not as a party zone

You will be joining the lease. The agency is based down the street -- the fees are super reasonable (110 pounds). There is also a security deposit.

Me: I'm originally from Philadelphia, I've been living in London for the past 5 years, after having spent time living in DC, Miami, Alicante and Istanbul. I work as a political and security risk analyst for investors in the Middle East. I specialise in Turkey and the Kurdish regions, and I speak fluent Turkish, even though I'm not Turkish :) I like eating good food and having intelligent conversation and travelling to interesting places.

The room is available now -- although I can be flexible with exact move-in dates. All things equal, the flat will go to who can move in sooner. But the priority is to get the right person -- so if you if you're a standout and need an extra week, that can be arranged.
