Double room in great 2bed apt

Hello room seekers,

A furnished double room in a great 2bed 1bath apartment will become available on the 30th of November. The apartment is on the first floor of a very quite house in a safe neighbourhood. Just 8 mins walk to West Hampstead tube station and 2 min walk to the bus stop (139, 139N, 328). If you are not familiar with West Hampstead, it's a lovely area, with its very own farmers market every Saturday morning. There are a good few pubs, restaurants and shops to satisfy your social life and shopping needs during an entire weekend.

The apartment itself is in an excellent condition. There is a broadband connection, and all the bills (including council tax) are about 120-150gbp a month. The main living area and rooms have wooden floors and the kitchen is very inviting for aspiring cooks! I personally enjoy cooking but limit my creative activities to the weekends.

I've been living in this apartment for almost a year now and I consider it home. I am quite meticulous with cleaning and I like things to be tidy so it would be nice if my new roommate has a similar mindset. On weekdays, I am usually home late as I either work late (for a large tech company), go to the gym or meet friends for dinner/drinks. During the weekends I try to relax at home (although most of the times I end up going out!), cooking, reading or watching movies.

Photography is not my strong suit so I highly recommend arranging a viewing!
