All tenants are all friendly students.
I've been very happy in the past year living here, however have chosen to move elsewhere with some friends. The flat has enough space for each tenants food for the fridge and kitchen equipment. The flat is on the second floor of a block directly behind a large Sainsbury's, right next to the tube station. It is also walking distance to Shadwell, Aldgate and London Metropolitan City Campus University.

If you are not a student then council tax will be added to the rent making it 600 per month.

If you'd like the room after viewing, you will need an initial £250 as partial payment for the agency to secure the room.
