The house has a separate kitchen, large lounge and also a small ex-balcony which serves as a laundry/bike storage room.
The house is shared with 2 young professionals working broadly in the financial sector.
The room is available as my job is now in South London so this location is impractical.
The rent is £157 a week/£680 a month not including bills.
The lease is currently until 06/07/14 and the room is available from the 01/11/14. There is some flexibility with this date if required.
