We are looking for a lovely new flatmate for a short term let from Aug/Sept - Dec/Jan. Dates can be a bit flexible within these months.

-Living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet
-Wooden laminate flooring throughout, high ceilings and tall windows
-Good transport links- Jubilee Line 2 minute walk away. Regular night buses nearby. Central London 20 mins on tube
-Central heating, washing machine, double glazing
-Broadband, TV License, Freeview
-2 x friendly goldfish
-Sainsburys local closeby, a larger Sainsbury and a gym 10 minutes walk away.
-On street parking (permit needed, not included in rent)
-Rent is £505 then bills usually approximately £85 on top (this includes council tax)

About us:

We are three friendly, tidy, normal (!), working professional females ( 1 × Brit, 1 x Swede, 1 x Canadian). We like to socialise- watching tv and films together, occassional meals, nights out etc. But we also like to do our own thing and respect each others privacy.
