Hey. My name is Tia. I am a 36 year old female looking for a new housemate to take the double room located in this spacious two bedroom apartment.

Housemates:
Just me.. I spent most of time outside of the flat. I am clean, tidy and considerate but also sociable and always happy to hang out for a glass (or two) of wine in the evening when time allows.

The communal living space has a TV and two large sofas with a big coffee table. In the same space, there is separate dining table for four next to the huge window (offers the illusion of alfresco dining during summer time!). The space gets great sun and light throughout the day.

The flat itself has beautiful views and is located in the first floor of a very quite 3 storey building, with lovely and considerate neighbours! The flat is kept in good condition, plus is fully furnished.

The room:
The room is offered furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table. There is a big window overlooking the garden to allow in loads of light during the day. The room could be decorated to your personal liking.

The flat:
The flat has a nice spacious kitchen with washing machine, fridge and freezer and some other small utensils (i. e. rice cooker, blender etc). There is plenty of cutlery and crockery for everyone!!!

The room is available from 12th of May. Viewings are already on...so please do contact me to arrange one if you are interested either by email or phone.

To secure the place one month's deposit is required and then the current month's rent. All bills are included. There are no other costs or expenses.

Looking for another professional male/female to share with me this amazing flat, which is good value for money in this up and coming area. Not fussy but looking for someone who is easy going, considerate and pays bills on time.

Location:
It is located with good connection links. 5mins walk from Willesden Green tube station (Jubillee line, Zone 2) which is 15 mins away from central London. Also access to buses with connections to Notting hill and Hampstead Heath (bus stop just outside the house). National rail connections (10mins from Cricklewood) and Overground (15mins from Brondesbury station).
