Huge double bedroom to rent in great houseshare

Hi all,

After three years spent in this great house it is now time for me to move on!

As a consequence my huge double bedroom in our 6 people house will be available on 1 September (might be flexible).

The room comes furnished and includes:
- Double bed + double mattress
- 2 wardrobes
- 2 chests of drawers
- Built-in shelves
- 2 seater sofa
The room is situated on the ground floor and has wooden floors throughout.

About the house:
We have three bathrooms (never a queue to have a shower!!), a big kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 fridges, 2 sinks, 2 ovens, 2 hobs.
The living room has 2 sofas, a coffee table and a TV.

The house is located between Dollis Hill (Jubilee Line zone 3, 5mn walk away, on the same street) and Willesden Green (8mn walk), it takes less than 30mn to get to Oxford Circus and it's pretty easy to get to anywhere central. There's a big Sainsbury's 5mn walk away and a Sainsbury's express right outside Willesden Green station, along with plenty of off licences (ideal for late night cravings!).
There's also various buses/night buses to Central London (52 to Victoria via Notting Hill, 98 to Holborn)which makes it easy to come back after a late night out.
The area is overall mostly residential, safe and quiet but we do have a great pub just down the road!

The people: housemates ages range between 24 and 27, all professionals, from England and Canada.
We've always had a friendly vibe in the house and enjoy going for drinks together or just meeting in the kitchen after a long day at work.
For this reason we are looking for a like minded person, who is not looking to live in a hotel but in a home and understands that living in a househsare means getting involved in the life of the house and being responsible enough to deal with the house things (cleaning, tidying, paying bills and rent on time). We're also after someone who speaks good english and, ideally, who has rented in the UK before so they can provide references.
