Now...about the rooms:

Largest room (650/m) with own private patio access available from 2/11/14.

Upstairs large room (600/m) available some time before 9/11/14.

There is a spare temporary single room available from 25/10/14 with single bed to bridge any gap if you need to move in sooner and then swap to the double room when it becomes free.

All bills included - energy, water, council tax, tv, Internet. 4 bed house. Shared kitchen with dining table, 2 bathrooms and extra third toilet. Separate utility room for drying clothes, ironing, etc. Washing machine. Suit young professionals or mature students. English speaking household but keen learners welcome.

Only 1 minute to Jubilee line - Dollis Hill tube. Into central London in 15 minutes. Trains every few minutes. New double glazing and embankment so no disturbance from trains.

Each room has Double bed for 1 live-in tenant only due to licensing laws. Non smoking. Chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk. All bed clothes and kitchen utensils can be supplied. No need to buy anything.

Garage for bikes/storage. Off street parking on own drive way.

There is a weekly cleaning rota, so everyone has to clean general areas once on their week, every month.
