Large Double Bedroom In Friendly Flat Share

3 professionals in our mid-twenties living a 3 minute walk from Willesden Green station (Jubilee Line) on Walm Lane.
The property is a ground floor flat in a house; it has a garden, open plan kitchen/living room, 1 bathroom and decent sized double bedrooms, fully furnished. Please note the room does have a glass roof so it does get a little cold in winter and a little hot in summer.
At the moment we are 2 female and 1 male and are happy with either gender to join our lovely flat. We are looking for someone of a similar age to occupy the fourth room.
The most important thing to us is that you’re friendly and sociable as during the week we sometimes like to watch a movie, have some drinks or cook dinner together.
We all work Monday – Friday so we wouldn’t want someone who parties too much during the week, although on a Friday or Saturday night we do sometimes like to go to bars/pubs or have a handful of friends round to the house so we hope that you wouldn’t mind this and would be happy to join in with the fun!
