Our current house mates will be leaving and we will have a spare room for rent starting 1st March 2015 with a min contract 3 to 6 months
The Area - Willesden Green Zone 2 on the Jubilee line
We live about 5-10 minute work to the station. The area itself is great as it is still located in zone two (which means you only pay the least amount if you decide to pay monthly oyster!!) It takes about 15-20 minutes to get into central. The house is Very close to local emanates including Sainsburrys, launderette, gym, beauty parlors, chemists, doctors and this amazing pizza place that I cant remember the name of but they sell 500cm pizza!!!
The House
The room itself is a single room flooding with light! Included in the room is a wardrobe, a bed side draw and a MEMORY FOAM SINGLE MATRES AND BED which is new!! We have a separate living room leading on to the garden, kitchen, bathroom, garage and another toilet.
All bills included!! (Council tax, water, heating, electric, gas, broadband internet)
The house mates
We are clean - but not clean freaks! We enjoy going out and having the occasional meal together whenever we have time! We would like someone cool to live in our house who is respects the house and considerers it their home.
Monthly rent is £500 for one person. One month deposit is required prior to moving in.
