A very spacious Double Bedroom will be available in our flat from beginning of June 2015.

THE ROOM:
The room is spacious, perfect for couples, well furnished and has very large built-in wardrobes. Nice view over looking the courtyard and very quiet. Possibility for new tenant(s) to park up to 2 cars off road.

THE FLAT:
Bright and spacious flat, it has 3 bedrooms in total. Large living room with high ceiling, we already have a flat screen 43 inch TV, full sky HD package, fibre optic broadband and DVD player etc...
The separated kitchen has been refurbished recently with a brand new boiler and freezer.
The modern bathroom has also been fully refurbished as well as the separated toilet.
We also have a small balcony.

THE LOCATION:
10-15 min walk to Wimbledon Station (central) or 3 min bus journey. Wimbledon is a very vibrant and safe area offering plenty of restaurants, bars, cinema, gyms, shopping centres, theatres... Wimbledon is accessible by tube: district line, northern line, and overground into central London (14min to Waterloo station direct).
We are also 10 min walk from the famous Wimbledon Village and Wimbledon Common.

THE FLATMATES:
We are 2 professionals working in Television and Pharmaceuticals. We work hard during the week and therefore pretty chilled out, however very out going and like a good laugh when the weekend comes.
We've been living in the flat for 2 years, really love it and we constantly keep it clean and tidy.
