The luxurious, split level apartment includes three double bedrooms and a spacious, open plan living area/kitchen, which opens up onto a large terrace balcony, overlooking the private gardens of The Royal Arsenal and The River Thames.

Amenities; are to include a modern fitted kitchen with all the mod-cons and expected appliances. A decent sized bathroom, with a fitted overhead shower, and a washing/drying area. The spacious, but warming, living room has the added bonus of a 50" TV with surround sound, in addition to Sky and broadband. (Sky & broadband is an additional cost).

Travel/whereabouts: The property can be found within The Royal Arsenal buildings, being only a 5-10 minute walk to Woolwich Arsenal DLR station. DLR trains run very frequently to the East and West end of town, taking approximately 25 minutes to Central London. There is also the added option of taking the Thames Clipper, which is only a 5 minute walk away.

The Royal Arsenal site also occupies a 24 hr concierge with gym, a gastro pub, Tesco Express, and a coffee shop, all being a short walk from the apartment.

Current housemates: We are looking for a well suited professional, male or female, who will fit in amongst our current living environment. We both love to socialise, but this does not mean however that its a party house. Successful applicants can expect a very chilled, laid back vibe, with many humorous moments.
