This room is 15'7 x 15'2 and is a bed sitting room with an en-suite shower room with loo and basin.

The furniture shown in the picture is tenants own and different furniture will be provided. Tenant can have some input.

Harrow and Wealdstone is a 10 minute walk which is 12 Mins journey time to London Euston
West Harrow is a 10 minute walk

2/3 minute walk to a beautiful park and 10 mins to Harrow Town Centre with Shopping and Cinema. Great for Sharers.

The house will a male and female mix and will not discriminate via race or sexual orientation. It will be a quiet house and we will look for ages around 23 - 40 although some flexibility. We would prefer fluent English to be spoken as communication will be required in a shared home.

Landlord/lady has been renting for 15 years. Is CRB checked and is trustworthy and professional. We do not live in but we live near by.

Included in the price of the rent of your room are utilities, community charge, a cleaner for the communal areas and a gardener.

The house is 2, 000 square feet and in one of the most desirable roads in Harrow.

Credit Check will be required which will cost the tenant £30. Lease will be provided by the Landlord at no extra charge. A letter will be required from your employer and previous landlord. I will consider people with no references but rent will need to paid in advance and a three month deposit will be required.

All deposits will be registered and held by and independent regulated third party and you will be provided with documentation regarding this.

TV and bedding not provided. This room is for one person only.
