Double and single Rooms Available

Room 1 is a long, narrow double room (~2 x 4m), with a new bed and mattress etc...

Room 2 is a decent sized single room, freshly decorated with new mattress, carpet, curtains etc...

I am looking for friendly and sociable people to fill the 2 rooms. Currently there are 3 of us here.

The house is newly decorated. 2 bathrooms, inc bath. Shared drive, lounge, garden and conservatory/sun lounge. Alternative parking opposite.

Large Kitchen with all mod cons, double range oven, microwave, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, drier, Coffee machine etc...

Fiber broadband, Netflix. Cleaner 3hrs per week. Central heating and showers that work!

This is a nice house in a quiet area, not your typical rubbish.

I am looking for friendly, reliable people, preferably female, (males considered) for longterm lodgers. Must be in stable employment and personal situations. Must be social and fluent in English.

I'd like the house to be a home, not a place where people shut themselves away in their bedroom, therefore your ability to mix with others and be friendly is very important.

Mature students considered. Pets considered. You can smoke in the sun lounge.
