The flat is a 5 minute bus ride to East Croydon. From East Croydon it's only 15 minutes to Victoria, London Bridge and Gatwick. Fantastic transport links. You would also get your own free off street car parking space.

The flat is located on a fairly quiet street, yet minutes away from a street full of great restaurants. Perfect for popping out and socialising!

I work at Nestlé in finance (near Gatwick), I'm a bubbly easy going person. I work hard but I'm always meeting up with my friends and planning fun weekend activities. I'd like to share with a professional that is clean and tidy, and easy going with a bubbly positive personality.

The rent is £425 per month, it's £550 including bills. It's a very good price for the area. We will both be renting from a private landlord.
