HELLO :)
I have 1 room to rent in a pretty two bedroom apartment just 15 mins walking from East Croydon station or 5 mins by bus or tramlink .It is a quite area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. We have local shops nearby as addington road and the famous Centrale and Whithgift shopping mall.
East Croydon station has an excellent public transportation such as Southern Trains to Clapham Junction and Victoria with 16 mins journey fast trains serving also London Bridge and Gatwick Airport . The room has a carpet and is furnished with double bed and chest draw.
The apartment comes fully furnished with WIFI, TV ,Washing machine/Dishwasher and Microwawe.
The Rent will be £560 per month( bills not included)
My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, open plan kitchen and bathroom. Ideally, I am looking for someone to stay at least 3 months, who is responsible and reliable.
The apartment is clean and tidy and would be great to keep it that way .
