Double Room in family home, Epsom
We have a nice double room in family home in quiet part of Epsom. Less than 10 minutes walk from Epsom station and town centre. About 15 minutes from UCA. Park nearby also local shops. It is a friendly welcoming home. Previous lodgers have been from China, Hungary and New Zealand. We usually charge £550 per calendar month and includes all bills. We can provide wifi access over Broadband. We can also offer loan of a PC if required.
We are both very quiet, do not play loud music. We work shifts daytime only no nights. So we do appreciate peace and quiet in the late evening.
You are welcome to eat with us on occasion and to try some fine Indian cooking.
