I'm looking for someone to share a nice clean & tidy non-smoking 2bed house with me as my previous housemate has gone back to S. A. It's a nice place with offstreet parking & a nice garden out the back for the odd BBQ in summer :-0)

There are plenty of shops close by & Asda is only about a 5min walk. There are plenty of bus routes to Surbiton Station, or its about a 10min walk to Kingston & Norbiton BR Stations.

Obviously it's important that we get along, so I'm looking for someone that is clean & tidy, sociable & easy going.

It's not a party house by any means, but I have the odd BBQ here & there in summer which you would be welcome to join.

Although the house is smoke free, you can smoke out in the garden no problem if this is something you'd want to do.

The bills will be £100-£120 & they are for Council Tax, TV License, Virgin 60Mb BB, Sky Sports & tv package. Gas, Electricity & water are included in the rent.

The landlords are really nice, & anything that needs to be done or something that is wanted within reason is done strait away.
