Double Room in 2 bed flat Kingston near station

Available from the 1st of March (possible to move in earlier) is a spacious double room in a large split level flat in Kingston. I am a secondary school teacher, looking to flat share with somebody who is friendly, easy going, tidy, and ideally another professional.

The room comes with a chest of draws, built in wardrobe, an additional large wardrobe, a desk and a double bed.

The flat has a large living room which is fully furnished and a newly installed kitchen with large fridge and all white goods. The flat has the top of the range unlimited virgin broadband and tv with BT sport package which is included in the price. There is direct access to a small communal garden. Flat is less than 5 mins walk from Kingston station and Kingston town centre and less than 5mins walk to Sainsburys superstore, but is in a very quiet location. There is free parking available.

All bills are covered except gas and electric (Most recent 3 monthly winter gas bill was £60 and electric was £100, so averaging about £25per month).

Because of my work I am usually away in the holidays so you would have the place to yourself.
