Comfortable, light double room with ensuite in lovely character property. Ideally looking for a professional or similar female 30+ to 50 ish. This is very much a comfortable, relaxed and interesting home. This is a lovely five bedroom beamed character property which is recently decorated - with quite a large, lovely enclosed and sunny garden containing a remote

The recently renovated kitchen is open plan and looks on to a spacious beamed dining room.

The room is at the end of a long hall, with your own en suite shower room and next to the main bathroom which has a bath. The room has a built in double wardrobe as well as large chest of drawers and double bed. We can easily move things around to suite someone.

The costs include all your bills and basics such as milk, tea, coffee, cereals and toast. Two sometimes three days a week there are people here during the day who work for my communications/strategy consultancy. The lounge, dining room and kitchen will be shared. There are three cats who tend to keep themselves to themselves.

There is a second spare double room should you want to have a friend to visit. We have help in the house – so there is someone who will clean your room and change your bed once a week too.

We are a seven minute drive to Haywards Heath. The main line station has excellent train links to London (Victoria/London Bridge/St Pancras and the Bedford Line). Fifteen minutes by train to Brighton too.

We are fifteen/twenty minutes by car to Crawley or Gatwick.
The village has a reservoir, tennis courts, great walks/runs, there is a Koorana Centre where you can do Pilates or Yoga if that’s of interest. There is a pub, baker, Chinese take away, hairdresser and tiny café too. Lindfield is 4 miles away and is a very lovely village with a high street full of independent shops, good pubs etc.
