The room and house is beautifully decorated. the house is very clean. we dont mind smokers, but no smoking in the house or rooms will be grately appreciated. we are seeking a respectful a housemate to share in this beautiful home. Past & present lodgers have absolutely loved living here, and we take pride in calling it a home. we want you to feel very welcome & comfortable. you will have share of the kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and large garden. there are plenty of free parking bays outside the house. the M25 is only a 5min drive away, the A12 is just 2min away. there are shops and bus stops close by. it takes roughly 30min train ride from harold wood station to london liverpool street. (central london)

the other lodgers hear are clean, friendly & easy going and very respectful. we are seeking a house mate with the same qualities. we take pride in keeping the house tidy. All we ask from house mates is to put their stuff away once used.
