Looking for a modern apartment with good people

Looking for a room in a modern apartment preferably within walking distance of either whitechapel, liverpool street, or farringdon stations.

Ideally this would include an ensuite or private bathroom, and a bedroom with space for a desk for working from home.

My budget is up to 1250/month or less with bills included.

I would like to live with young professionals in their early 20s to mid 30s although I'm not that discriminate. They should be friendly, open minded, generally clean and tidy, ideally non-smoker.

About me:
I'm 29, originally from Ireland and moved to the city a little over 3 years ago.
I work in software development and am currently on a hybrid scheme where I will be in the office 2 days per week.

I like cooking, reading, good conversation, films, rock climbing, sports, travelling, hiking, and kayaking now and then.
I am generally a clean/tidy person (prefer shoes off in the apartment if possible and room if not).

I'm quite active and love the potential of having a household of likeminded people to build off of each others good energy.
