Hi! I am a chilled out person. Looking for a double room with attached bath.
I enjoy modern properties/amenities and a crime free hood.
I am also open to buddy up on a new contract, we can take a 3 bed appt. and I could pay for 2. My budget is 2K. I enjoy peace and hence I am comfortable to share flat only with 1 flatmate, at max. My availability is around 2nd week of May.
I am a working professional in Tech industry. Maximum commute time to Farringdon station should be within 30ish minutes.
