Professional Seeking Room ASAP

Hiya,

I'm a hardworking single professional who works full-time for an online climate change organisation. I work away from home some of the time in coworking spaces (2-4 days a week), and also work from home (WFH) to both save costs and reduce my carbon footprint.

While this has not been an issue anywhere I've lived, I do need to live with others who respect when I'm at home I'm usually working.

I have just moved into the area from Northumberland because I love the scenery and want to explore this more. My great-grandma was born in Glasgow so want to re-connect with my roots. Have always loved celtic music and dance.

Ideally I'm looking to live in Perth or Dundee, as I don't drive and would like good public transport connections and a bit of city life.

I can provide excellent references, both for my work and my accommodation.

Ultimately I'm looking for a flat, not shared housing, so shorter / flexible room lets would be preferable to enable me to view long-term flats and move in/out quickly. But realistically, I know this could take 1-2 months or longer.

I'd prefer ensuite, but shared bathroom is ok in the short-term, too.

Prefer no pets or children, though actually I love animals and would consider pets if the owner is wholly responsible for looking after them. I have neither myself.

I'm a young-minded, fit and healthy 49 year-old used to living with people of all ages. Photo taken 2 months ago. I am happy to live with anyone between 26 - 99. I have also always lived and worked with people of many nationalities, cultures, genders etc.
