Landlord selling house, need to find new place

Only been here in my new place 3 months and the landlord has sold the flat unfortunately so need to start looking for somewhere.

So have to start looking for new place to live as the landlord has sold the house so have about 12 weeks to find somewhere but maybe in the next 8 weeks would be better so about July would be ideal.

I do have things to bring with me like a 6 drawer cabinet and a smaller bedside one, tv, air fryer, utensils, a few bags, 4-5 boxes, a suitcase, clothes etc so need to have enough space for all that as well.

I don’t have much in terms of references of where I have lived only for the place I’m staying as before I was living with family and they passed away.

I work full time 2pm - 10pm in the Bamber bridge Preston area so I’m looking preferably Chorley, Preston but specifically Clayton le woods, Clayton brook, Bamber bridge, lostock hall area.

Personality:
Im a pretty outgoing person who loves to socialise once I get to know people and no conversations are out of bounds apart from politics lol 😂
I’m a reliable, tidy, easy to live with kind of person, I usually keep myself to myself and don’t make much trouble just getting on with life.
I treat people how they treat me.

Hobbies:
Love gaming on the Xbox
Love watching football (Man Utd), f1, ufc, boxing, rugby.
Love Star Wars, marvel, 24, comedy, action, thirillers, drama.
Love listening to music, in a few weeks I’m going to see nickleback in Manchester and then my fave Avril in July.
I love exploring new places that I’ve never been before especially if it’s got beautiful architecture or a castle or somewhere with history and a story.
I love learning about history and I love animals.
I don’t smoke but I do vape.
I don’t have a car.
I don’t have kids.
I don’t have pets.

Rent:
I can afford £700 a month maximum
With bills included.
And maximum of £600bond/deposit.
I do have a few debts but who doesn’t
But that’s what I can afford.
