Large double in stunning home Abbeville-Tube5mins

Hello!

We're looking for a housemate to move into our beautiful home just off Abbevile road. We’re minutes away from Clapham Common underground and the charming Abbevile Village. We have one big double room available in a four bedroom house (only 3 bedrooms will be lived in) split over 3 floors with the spare bedroom being used for storage or space for friends to stay over.

The available room has recently been redecorated with all new furniture including bed, bedside table, mirror and ample storage space.

Downstairs is a massive open plan living room/kitchen area with bi-folding doors out into the newly designed garden and a bathroom with washer dryer.

The second floor is where you would live and share a large bathroom with bath and shower.

I am on the third floor with my own bathroom.

Everything in the house is high spec as it’s owned not rented which has he added benefit in that anything that goes wrong (next to nothing thus far) is fixed immediately.

A bit about us:

Bec is 25 and I (fairly) recently turned 30 we are both professionals leading active lifestyles. We spend a lot of our time playing sport, working out, and socialising with clients or friends regularly. Our working hours are around 7am-6pm and we reserve Sundays for brunching and film/series marathons.

We're always happy to go for a drink locally, or entertain friends and are looking for a sociable housemate to maintain a nice atmosphere and a homely environment.

A bit about you:

We don't have many specific requirements. It would be great to socialise with our new housemate and have no doubt it will be a great atmosphere, but the house also allows for personal space and privacy which we all need from time to time.

We're really adamant about keeping the place clean and tidy and emphasize going the extra mile to help each other out rather than just looking after our own things.
