A room in a sociable house in Clapham/Brixton

A large 1930s house with a back garden and front off street parking.

A room going in a sociable five person house. Huge living space - a combined sitting room/dining room, a separate kitchen, large hallway and downstairs loo - and cupboard under the stairs for any storage.

Upstairs there's a bathroom and a separate shower room and the four bedrooms.

In the summer the garden is a great place to spend an evening (or day) and is even good for living off, with a rosemary bush and potatoes have been discovered - and there's a shed at the end of the garden, mainly used for storage.

We're Barney, Stef, Tom and Alison. Barney works as a video editor/commercials producer/director. Stef works in market research, Tom is an actor/writer and Alison works in digital marketing. Barney and Stef are a couple though wonderfully uncoupley! We're very sociable, like to enjoy each other's company although we also very much have our own lives and ideally looking for someone who's going to enjoy being part of the house.

The room is quite small and cosy.

Bills are £100 a month including all utilities plus a fortnightly cleaner and general household necessities.

Small room - £460 per month + £100 bills.
