A quick walk towards Clapham Common Tube will bring you to the lovely bars and cafés of the Old Town and nightlife of Clapham High Street. The opposite direction will bring you towards Battersea Rise and Northcote Road with its wide selection of restaurants and pubs and finally Clapham Junction Station.

The house is based over four floors with the first floor consisting of the large kitchen and dining area with all the essentials; fridge freezer, washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher etc. and the with the guest bathroom next door. Plenty of extra storage throughout the house and even space for bikes inside the house right beside the entrance.

Next floor up has first of the bedrooms and that is located next to the very large living room.

The following floor has the main bathroom, which has a great walk in wet room style layout located beside the other double bedroom.

There are multiple transport connections via tube from Clapham common and the Overground at Clapham Junction both are a short walk in each direction from the house. Local bus connections right outside the front door e. g. Buses 137, 345, 37, 35, 28, 295 etc
