The room is about 9sqm with a mini kitchen. Kitchenette area is minimal, so not suitable for someone who likes to often cook meals with an oven/hob .

LOCATION: King's Cross is in central London with great public transport links to the rest of the city, country and even the world with Eurostar! You can walk to Euston, Shoreditch, Bloomsbury, Clerkenwell and Soho or catch a frequently passing bus. Close to universities and work places with Farringdon and Chancery Lane stations not too far either.

£800 PART-WEEK LET: if not using the room full-time e. g. cabin crew, office workers only in office some days, etc
£1100 + bills: FULL TIME LODGER

Best suited to LGBT people who:
- Don't need to bake & cook loads due to limited facilities
- Like their own self-contained space and don't need a communal area
- Are happy with parks and local areas as there is no balcony/garden
- Like occasional light exercise as it's on the third floor, no lift!
- Doesn't need to move in right away and can give some decent lead time ahead of start date of rental as I have airbnb bookings for near future dates
