Single room in the heart of King’s Cross

Looking for a co-tenant at this beautiful flat in King’s Cross, 5 minutes walk from the underground and St Pancras. The flat is in the perfect location for those wanting to explore central London and perhaps save on travel to work (I walk to my office in shoreditch in under 30 mins). You’ll be living with 1 flatmate (me) as my friend Ryan who is going to law school in America and so I’m looking for someone to take over his co-tenancy. I’m a marketing professional who has lived here for around 1 year now. I like to think of myself as relaxed, easy going and a responsible housemate, i work two jobs and am out a fair bit seeing friends or going to rehearsals with my choir. I’d love to find a housemate who was quite active with their job and interests but also the flat is big enough for two people to be home and not feel crowded!
