Parking-on street public road parking which is free its a quiet residential road parking but you will have to look for a space as people park in front of their own drives. 🚙🚘🚗🚕🚓🚜🛵

A busy professional worker or a mature student who is relaxed, independent and respectful of others privacy but occasionally enjoys a chat, a cup of tea, glass of wine or coffee together etc. We maintain a relaxed friendly household & welcome considerate tenants this is not a party house.

Smokers yes but do not allow any smoking anywhere in the house only in the garden! Do not apply if you want to smoke in your room sorry!
