Sharing with 2 professionals (1 male, 1 female). The flat is really spacious with a big open plan living room and kitchen.

We are looking for a sociable, tidy housemate.

The flat is really well located on a quiet side street in Shoreditch and is a short walk (6/7 minutes) from Liverpool Street, Old Street and Shoreditch High Street stations. It's also on/close to numerous bus lines (205, 55, 137 etc). All the bars, restaurants etc of Shoreditch are right on your doorstep or within a few minutes walk from the flat.

Bills are not included in the rent (£890 per month) but usually come to around £100 per month each for electricity, gas, wifi, council tax, Sky HD tv, and water. We also have a cleaner who comes every week (£11 each per week).

The deposit is £1210. You will be signing a new 1 year lease (with 6 month break clause) with the existing 2 flatmates.

Move-in date is February 11th but this might be slightly negotiable.
