The flat has been refurbished constantly to a high standard. There is a spacious kitchen with a dining table, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, microwave oven, and fridge freezer. There are one bathroom and two toilets.
The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a bedside chest drawer, chest drawer, tables, and chairs and it is a wooden laminated floor.
You will be sharing with 2 other flatmates both are very friendly.
All the bills (Virgin Fiber optic WiFi, water, cleaning, and council tax) are included in the rent. with exception of gas and electricity bills. which will be shared by three tenants.
A cleaner comes in every 2 weeks to clean the communal area such as the kitchen, bathroom, and corridor but you are responsible for your own room.
Kings Cross station has access to Northern, Piccadilly, and Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City and Circle tube lines and various busses going most places in London.
As well as mainline trains to the North of England from Kings Cross and Euston station, the Eurostar terminal is at nearby St Pancras station.
You will be required to pay a one-month deposit plus the first month's rental payment at least one day before you move in.
The minimum stay is one year and 6 weeks’ notice is required before you move out. There is an option to renew the contract after the first signed contract expired.
