Houseshare (with 1 other) in gorgeous Kings Heath

Looking for a new housemate (preferably female) in house in Kings Heath.

About me : I am a writer and mostly work from home. The place is quite peaceful,(but great for games nights, chilling in the garden etc) very close to two fab parks, the high st and not far from anything! I grow alot of my own veg in the garden and love to cook. Have a two-and-a-half year old Cockapoo who is a sweetie pie (he mostly lives downstairs).

Looking for someone who is respectful, clean/tidy, happy to live with a dog and mature.

The house and Garden.

- Cute as hell terraced house on a quiet road in vibrant KH.

Downstairs:
-Front garden patio with gate.
-Entrance hallway, front and living room solid wood flooring.
-Large front room with lots of bookcases (great place to do yoga too!)
- Second toilet.
-Living room with log burner.
-Large kitchen with all white goods, storage etc.
-Garden a good size with some decking for sitting out in the sun. Growing veg.

Upstairs:
-One large bedroom (Taken)
-One Middle sized bedroom (Available)
-A guest bedroom/office space.
-Bathroom with bath and shower.

Bills:
-Council tax band B
-Virgin media ( I get a discount due to health conditions etc so currently £10 each per month).
-Octopus Energy - tbc
-Severn Trent Water - £3. 75 per month

Area

Two lovely parks and high street within 5 mins. Will also be about same distance to new train station when it opens. Great for commuting. (About 20 mins on the bus into town).

The high street is wonderful; a real mix of cultures, options, commercial and independent shops/bars/cafes etc. Lots to do!
