Looking for a buddy up in Kent!

Hi there! 33yr old professional hoping to find a buddy up with someone lovely to move into a 2 bed flat with soon.

I currently live in a 6 bed house-share. I do really get along with everyone in the house but sharing 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen with 5 other people is not an ideal situation, hoping to find one person to join me in looking for a 2 bed, 2 bath place where we can feel at home, calm and happy!

My budget is £800 with all bills included. Happy to move in with either a solo female, or couple of any gender.

I love reading, writing, art and craft. Embroidery is a particular favourite. I have a degree in photography so am always snapping pictures and love traveling and weekend trips to explore new cities. I also love to bake and need willing victi... volunteers to eat the products of this!

If you have a dog or cat am extra keen and will 100% pet sit when you need. I adore animals!

Living together and balancing personalities is always tricky so I am so happy to meet for a coffee or Gin and figure out if we are house compatable! I am currently on a 1 month rolling house contract so can be very flexible with moving date to suit what you need. And I'm willing to hold out for the right person and right place! I am also adaptable to furnished or unfurnished places.
