Nice Expat Aussie male needs share house

Hi i am gavan,
i am from Australia and have lived in the UK for about three years. I am looking for a share place that is close to a railway station, as i can not live without good coffee so i might need to travel to get one (joking). but do want a place close to public transports.
I am easy to get along with and currently share a house in Burgess Hill but would like to move to the London area, i do rather my coffee and cafe's.

I do not use illicit substances and do not want to share with people who do and I don't drink.!

I dont go out to the scene, I can be a bit of a home body, i am not a bad cook. I am a deaf man, i have use of voice and can lip read well.
I am an independant person and most of the time dont need help; I work as a health Support worker for people with additional special needs.

I enjoy gym work a few times a week. I am looking to move to the London Zone 1 to 6 area.

The place that i move into must have internet access (so i can communicate) with others as i cannot use the house phone.

I dont smoke and would rather a place with other non smokers or people that smoke outside only.

I wont be travelling with furniture and dont want to buy furniture, so it will be better to move into furnished place, including bed. I now have my own bedding in the UK but need a new place to live. I have been very happy in Stockport, but it is time to move on.

I am looking for longer term rental about one year, if all goes good and we get along, I would like an option to extend for a further amount of time (undecided right now, 6-12 months). If you think I would be good fit for your home, then contact me.
