Room for summer

Hi,

I am a final year student in Leicester and will be on placement in Loughborough during the summer which I will need accommodation for. As I drive, I require parking but I am also willing to consider tenancies in Leicestershire and city.

I am looking for a room, preferably an en-suite, or if possible a studio/one bed apartment. I have no pets though I am okay if you have any, I am a non-smoker and would prefer a non-smoking household/property, and I am on shift work so will be quiet throughout the day and night.

I have a UK based guarantor, good credit, and would be able to pay in full.
