Looking for a room in north of Leeds

Looking for room in Leeds. I'm currently in a house share in Burley but the owner has decided to sell up.

I would like to be in the north of Leeds e. g., somewhere between Kirkstall and Chapel Allerton, but quite flexible so long as a commute to LS7 is easy (max 45 mins) and the area is nice - I don't want to be in the city centre area.

I am looking for a furnished, double room with plenty of natural light.

I am an English teacher at a local further education college and I work Mon-Fri - 3 days normal office hours and 2 finishing around 9pm.

I'm a laid back, liberal, outgoing person who enjoys chilling out in the evenings, cooking, listening to music or watching series/films. I'm a member of a local scuba diving club and will be out and about doing that quite often. I also enjoy camping during the summer.

Happiest with a view of the outdoors, my perfect house share would be a semi-rural house/cottage with like-minded professionals. I would like to have access to an outdoor space and I need to have access to somewhere like a garage, shed, cellar, or other dry area to store some diving and camping equipment.
