Ideally I’d like a self contained studio/annexe with a reasonable kitchen area.
I need parking space and would prefer access to some outdoor space for sitting I want to live temporarily near my daughter and her family in Hazlemere so that I can help look after my grandchildren.
I’m a retired professional (education and voluntary sector), non smoker, fairly quiet and enjoy music and food (and wine). I am used to living alone and would be a quiet, tidy and considerate lodger. Reference available from previous landlord.
