Looking for quiet professional share

I am a mature post-graduate student (PhD) at CCCU looking for a place to call home for the next two years (although 12 month contract is fine). I would prefer to share with a maximum of 3 other professionals or post-graduates. I won't be in Canterbury over the summer so I'm ideally looking for something available from Aug/Sept, but I could be convinced to pay rent over the summer for the right place! I'm quiet and easy-going, most of my time at home is spent on my computer, either working or gaming, although I also enjoy sharing a meal or watching some tv together on occasion. My other interests include spending time outdoors hiking or camping, looking after my collection of houseplants, cooking, reading (mostly fantasy & sci-fi), and gardening. I love animals and would happily share with well-behaved pets! References available.
