50 yrs F looking for quiet home

I love hiking

I have rented my own flat for the last 8 years. Due to landlady selling I am now looking for a quiet house share, annexe etc

I adore animals and nature. I am happy to live with any animals,. especially dogs, cats etc
Perfect home would be semi rural or looking out onto green space.

My gym is in Lindfield, so a 10 mile radius e. g. HH. BH etc

I need my own space to live and I also work remotely 3 days a week at home so this is a requirement, to have this space.

I am quiet, home body, like to cook, work out 4 to 5 times a week. I wind down by watching tv.

Anything considered and budget has some flexibility for the right fit.

Need a decent shower and preference own bathroom or en suite, due to workout out so much.
