Looking for LGBTQ+ friendly accommodation share...

Hi. I'm a young (48) seeking a room, ideally with en-suite, or annex in the Exeter area. Around £570pcm or more if place ideal.


I'm vegan and non smoking.
Looking for an LGBTQ+ friendly place to live.
I'm transfemale - non binary.
I have a house cat which I'd like to have with me, however cat can stay with my ex if its an issue. I just need to find a place to live.

Until recently I was a joint home owner.
I'm currently unemployed. However paying rent upfront is not a problem.
Until fairly recently I owned and ran a dot com business, and in the past have worked as an NHS auxiliary nurse.

I'm a quiet, tidy, respectful and considerate person, who respects others privacy.
I've house shared in the past, and have no problems socialising with housemates.
I'm looking for a mostly quiet place to live. Though don't mind the odd party.
I enjoy watching films and documentaries alone or with others.
I like reading, board games, art, meditation, long walks in nature, visiting cities, museums, cinema. I'm also musical.
Given the chance, I enjoy gardening and growing vegetables. And I'm more hapy to help out in a garden. The same with random DIY projects.

I would be interested in apartment hunting with someone else with similar preferences.

(Whilst I am 48. I'm younger looking and young at heart. I have no problems sharing with any age. I shan't ruin the dynamic of a say, 30yo plus household)
