Short term let 1 or 2 months

My son (14) and I a in need of accommodation from 1/6/24 for either 1 or 2 months while we wait for our house purchase to go through. Due to a relationship ending we have to move out of the family home as my partner owns it. Depending on the rent costs, 2 bedrooms preferred, however would consider a double with a mat on the floor as we are now desperate and soon to be without a roof over our heads. Access to kitchen and Broadband essential as I am a remote worker (consulting civil engineer) The following are nice to have, own bathroom, access to garden, access to lounge and furnished. We are easy going, polite, respectful and will be very greatful. Becky
