Looking for friendly, laidback and tidy houseshare

Recently started a new job in West Malling and looking to rent somewhere / buddy up in a location from which I can easily travel there (public transport route must be initially possible from house as am still learning to drive, but is ok if it's a long commute time.)

I'm a very easy going person who's friendly and always happy to socialise, but I ideally want to be living with people who are respectful of communal areas.

My budget and location is a little flexible for the right place, but this will also be dependent on travel costs to work. Happy with anything from a 2 person flatshare to joining a group of people. I can only sign 6 month contracts as my consulting company requires it, but it very likely I would want to extend the tenancy after this.

My partner is travelling for 3 months, but ideally would like somewhere where it's ok for him to visit the occasional weekend once he's returned, but if this is an issue I have option to only visit him instead.
