Couple looking to buddy up!!

Hi all,
My partner and I are looking for a room in the listed preferred areas as soon as possible!!! (bills inc in budget)

Were both working professionals, I work in Government and he works in the NHS. (27 and 31).

We would ideally want somewhere that was furnished and had an ensuite, but if neither of those are possible we would just require the room to be big enough to accommodate the both of us i. e. storage and large wardrobes/cupboards.

We also want something that feels more like a home than just a room, so a shared living space is essential.

A non negotiable is parking or at least an area that allows for a parking permit.

We are both incredibly clean, tidy and sociable. We both LOVE to cook and spending time with friends. He loves anime and I love yoga.

We would ideally like to live with someone who is also clean and tidy. Sociable too. We don't mind guests or noise, were easy-going, just something that's respectable for all of us.
