Young Professional - House Share in W1

Hi there

I work at Sony in Soho making Games and have decided I want to live as close to work as possible. I am half English and half Brazilian and have lived in London for most of my life.

I work hard during the day but on evenings and weekends I like to go out and socialise. Ideally, I would like to live with people who have a similar mind set: people who are friendly, outgoing and like to socialise but who can also be respectful to others and know how to keep the house running as well as clean and tidy.

I have lived in 4 different shared accommodations in the past so I know what its like to live with people. Nonetheless, I like living with people as I find it much more entertaining than living on your own, and chores and costs can be nicely shared.

I'm currently living at home in Acton and I'm in no particular rush to find a property, I'm quite happy to take my time in order to find a property which is the best value for money with the best flat-mates possible!
