Looking for a new house share or buddy up

Hi ,

My name's Dave and I'm on the search for a new home as I have to move out of my current flat in the next couple of months as my flatmate has decided to take the plunge and move in with his girlfriend.

I graduated from Loughborough University in 2011 and now work in the city. I currently live Greenwich and previously Clapham, both of which I love, but am open to other areas like Chelsea / Parsons Green. The most important thing is that I live in a flat with nice, sociable people, as evenings would be quite dull without having people to watch trashy tv with or have dinner with after a long day's work.

I'm very sporty, love going out, whether that be nights out, trips to the theatre or any other entertaining suggestion.

Ideally I'm be looking to move in with girls and guys, as I think that the balance works well. If you've got a place or would be interested in buddying up, let me know and I'd be keen to meet for a drink / see the place
