I'm looking for a one bed flat, studio or a s/c annexe preferably in east Brighton / Kemptown area, although I would consider countryside outside of Brighton too (I have a car). I own and run a coffee shop in Kemptown and am about to open a second venue. I have a partner in Brighton so frequently stay with him - I’d be happy to consider a Mon - Fri let. I'm friendly, professional, neat & tidy, mature and responsible! Ideally I'd like a quiet place I can relax. I don't need to move immediately so I can be flexible on dates if necessary.
